Hybrid vehicles
Yes. We do oil changes, brakes, tire rotations and diagnostics on hybrids. We do not work on high-voltage batteries or inverters.
Brake warranty
Brake pad jobs carry a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first.
Warranty on other work
Oil changes, rotations and diagnostics are guaranteed for 90 days. If something we did is wrong, we redo it free.
Electric vehicles
On EVs, including Teslas, we do tire rotations and brake pads only. No battery, motor or charging work.
Parts
We install OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. We don't install parts customers bring in.
Waiting, drop-off and loaners
You can wait in the lounge (Wi-Fi, coffee) or drop off. There is an after-hours key drop. No loaner cars.
Hours
Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Eastern. Closed weekends and holidays.
Payment
No payment is collected. Bookings place a hold only.
